Cooking Frozen Crab Cakes
Since our cakes have been frozen to arrive unspoiled, you must thaw them first. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and place crab cakes on an ungreased pan with a small amount of butter. Set crab cakes into the oven for 20 minutes or until they’re golden brown on top. Remove from the oven and allow cakes to cool for 5 minutes. Serve however you’d like and enjoy National Crab Meat Day the right way!
