Shipping Crab Cake Container

Our shipping containers are specially designed to keep your crab cakes as fresh as possible!

You may have read our post last week and been convinced to bring crab cakes to your family’s Thanksgiving dinner. But if you recently moved or your family lives out of the area, you may be wondering how you can manage to get your crab cakes from Box Hill to your or your family’s home without spoilage. Good news for you, we’ve already found a solution! Shipping crab cakes to you is easy, even if you’re out of state! This Thanksgiving, we’ve got you covered.

How Does It Work?

The first step is to order your crab cakes online. You can choose from bulk packages of 4, 6, 12, or 24 crab cakes! Whether you have a small family or a large one, we have enough mouth-watering crab cakes to suit everyone. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, so paying online is easy and quick! After you’ve ordered your crab cakes, they will arrive expediently with next-day shipping. We package each crab cake individually in Styrofoam packaging to preserve the delicate shape and intense flavor. We also include dry ice in the packaging to maintain a low temperature thoughout shipping. The combination of Styrofoam packaging and dry ice preserves the quality and freshness of your crab cakes. If you order ahead of time, we recommend keeping your crab cakes frozen until the big day. This will ensure that your crab cakes are as fresh and delicious as possible!

How Do I Prepare My Crab Cakes at Home?

We recommend moving your crab cakes into your refrigerator a day ahead of time to allow them to slowly thaw. Pre-heat your oven to 425 degrees. While your oven is pre-heating, grease a pan with butter and place the crab cakes in the pan. After your oven has pre-heated, place the pan with the crab cakes in the oven and bake for 20 minutes, until the crab cakes are firm and a golden brown. The crab cakes should reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Allow the crab cakes to cool for five minutes before serving. Top with your favorite seasonings or a spicy mayo aioli!
